Whole - 7 ribs: $14/lb.     Half - 3 or 4 ribs: $15/lb.

All standing rib roasts will be carved off the ribs and retied. Please select the prime rib portion(size) you wish to order. Whole rib roasts average 18 lbs. and 3 to 4 rib roasts range between 8-10lbs.
